These nominations reflect our firm’s continued leadership in high-stakes PTAB proceedings involving biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and related technologies, as well as Jenna’s growing impact in life sciences patent litigation. The firm regularly represents innovative life sciences companies in inter partes reviews and other proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, combining technical depth with strategic advocacy. Jenna represents clients in complex patent disputes and PTAB matters, with a focus on biologics and pharmaceutical technologies.
